Integra Ledger Connect keeps a record of every document that you ever register on the Integra Ledger blockchain, and there is currently no option to delete a registration. This is important because Integra Ledger document registrations are permanent proofs of existence of documents that are often of use by other parties. A user's Integra Ledger Connect software account that is used to initially register a document is the only software that is able to manage future document interactions, and since there is no way to "re-register" a document that is already registered on the Integra Ledger blockchain or recover a deleted registration, Integra Ledger Connect software does not allow deletions of document registration records.
Instead, as a convenience to users who have thousands of document registrations in their Integra Ledger Connect software, users can "archive" document registrations so that they don't clutter the Document Registration view.
Archive functionality can be accessed by clicking on the document registration within the Document Registration screen, which will open the document registration detail panel on the right side of the screen. Down at the bottom there is a button to archive the document.
Archived document registrations can be access by selecting the "Archived" tab at the top of the Document Registrations screen.
Documents can be "un-archived" in the same way.
